About Me

Hi, I’m Rafael Martinez, a Software Engineer currently working at Gainwell Technologies, where I contribute to the Tennessee Medicaid capitation system. My work involves developing and optimizing solutions with C, Pro*C, and Oracle SQL, ensuring accuracy and performance in healthcare systems.

Beyond my current role, I’m expanding my expertise in full-stack development and cloud platforms. I hold an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and am actively pursuing advanced credentials in development, DevOps, architecture, and AI to continue growing as a versatile engineer.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, staying active at the gym, and unwinding with a game of DOTA 2. Most importantly, I value the time I spend with my family. I believe in promoting positivity and helping others, seeing every opportunity to support someone as a chance to grow and learn myself.
